The new Pennington County Highway Department Office and Shop replaced an outdated facility that was not able to maintain much of the current maintenance equipment. The 27,000 sq. ft. facility included 7,150 sq. ft. of office space and a maintenance shop with 10 bays. A drive-through wash bay is also part of the facility. Precast concrete wall panels were utilized for durability and ease of construction. A storage yard and fuel dispensing areas were also part of the site development.
