The Moreau-Grand Electric Cooperative facility is a 17,800 square foot mixed-use facility built in Timber Lake, South Dakota. It serves as the central operations for the Moreau-Grand service area. The facility consists of approximately 9,400 sf of administrative space and a large 8,400 sf shop area.
The administrative space consists of offices, a large reception area, crew quarters, break room, public and private restrooms and a board room. The large shop area provides ample room for the line workers and equipment and includes access to laundry and toilet/shower facilities.
Precast panels and prefinished metal siding provide for a striking, durable and low maintenance appearance to the exterior. The main entry canopy and LED sign welcomes customers as they enter the building.
This project has added a modern and iconic building to the community’s business district.
