EmpRes Healthcare Management wanted to expand their offerings from their Aspen Grove Assisted Living in Sturgis, SD to accommodate more residents. Dolan Creek Senior Living is 3 stories and roughly 53,000 square feet. With open floor plan one- & 2-bedroom options, it has 14 assisted living units on the first floor and 36 independent living units on upper floors. With a full-service kitchen, meals will be prepared for residents daily. The front dining area and lounge for independent residents boasts plenty of natural light and gathering space. The assisted living dining area is cozy, centered around a double-sided fireplace.
